The Job Support data scientists and engineers by building and maintaining data products that can support their work Work closely with our development teams to ensure clear data requirements and interfaces Build data pipelines using AWS technology stack and connect data silos within applications Support the automation of data science workflows and the deployment of mature ML projects in a repeatable way Your Profile – Minimum qualifications Bachelor’s degree or aster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or relevant technical discipline Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in working with data at scale Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e,g cdk, CloudFormation or Terraform) and cloud-native technologies in AWS (e.g Athena, AWS Glue, Sagemaker, etc.) Experience in building CI/CD pipelines Strong programming skills in Python and SQL Experience with Apache Spark (ideally pyspark) REST API usage, definition, and implementation Clear communication skills and ability to define technical requirements Fluent in English Preferred qualifications Experience in working with IoT and timeseries data at scale Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript Working knowledge of different database technologies (e.g PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, etc) Solid experience in collaborating with Data Scientists and Machine Learning engineers Interest and/or hands-on experience in MLOPs and AI product lifecycle Our Benefits Flexible working hours Uncomplicated home office regulation including payment of a home office flat rate We are closed on bridging days or between Christmas and New Year Extensive development opportunities Canteen at the location and much more Our offer The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry for this function is at least EUR 61,377,- (this in any case exceeds the collective agreement minimum salary).
