What You Can Expect
Over the course of two years, you’ll get hands-on experience, be actively integrated into the day-to-day activities of your teams and gain a deep understanding of Siemens Energy. You’ll rapidly build in-depth knowledge, discover solutions, and experience our business first-hand.
From day one, you will work on meaningful projects with three individually designed assignments, including one eight-month international assignment.
You will be paired with a dedicated mentor who guides you through immersive experiences, allowing you to shadow various roles and positions. This support system is designed to empower you to achieve your unique career goals while fostering substantial connections with peers and influential business leaders. Additionally, you’ll gain access to a wealth of resources geared towards cultivating your professional growth.
As you develop into a key member of our Sales & Product Management Team, you actively help the transition to sustainable energy by ensuring the success of our products. We translate market needs into opportunities for new products and innovation, create sales collateral and marketing material, and prepare our complex global organization to deliver exceptional service.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Develop marketing material explaining service offerings and their value to customers.
- Create accompanying internal communications with additional commercial and technical details that support your colleagues in their customer-facing interactions.
- Lead projects to support infrastructure or process improvements.
- Facilitate global cross-functional discussions to evaluate customer value and need for new service offerings.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure service offerings can be quoted and executed.
- Participate in the development of a commercial strategy for product rollout.
What You Bring
- First experience in project management is a plus.
- Adaptability, strong communication and sense of ownership, as well as a solution-oriented approach.
- Significant practical work experience up to 36 months including knowledge from internships, working student activities or employment, preferably in the energy industry.
- A master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Energy Sciences, Economics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 months of international experience gained through studying or working.
- Excellent English skills to work in a multi-cultural environment, flexibility, and mobility during the program.
