A Snapshot of Your Day:
In your role as Head of Transformer Engineering Tools DevOps-Department within Grid Technologies, you will lead a department consisting of 4 teams. Together with your three team leaders, you will manage the software development and operation of engineering tools for high voltage transformers. The teams operate within a scaled agile model, focusing on the standardization and harmonization of the global tool landscape for transformer business.
As the team lead, you are responsible for your team’s development and growth. You will collaborate with internal partners and external consultants to drive planning and execution of software engineering processes. Your experience in agile methodologies will guide the teams and stakeholders through our agile transformation journey.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree or PhD in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on processes and software.
- Extensive professional expertise in software development and IT system operations.
- At least 5 years of professional and management experience.
- Understanding of customer behavior and the ability to propose business enhancements.
- Proven track record in people management and team building.
- Experience in leading software implementation projects and working with agile teams.
- Strong cost awareness to manage programs according to financial planning and timelines.
