We are seeking a Manager (f/m/d) for Regional Time Management for Germany to drive excellence in time management services, tools, and processes. In this role, you will ensure seamless end-to-end delivery while collaborating with senior leaders and a diverse, dynamic team—both locally and globally. How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the transformation of Time & Attendance (T&A) as part of our HR evolution.
- Shape the future T&A technology landscape by aligning with IT, Business, and global stakeholders.
- Manage the transition from current systems to the new HR model, ensuring seamless integration.
- Oversee T&A applications under a service agreement, including service management and replacement strategy.
- Ensure data flow from T&A systems to Payroll and other downstream applications.
- Drive standardization & improvement, collaborating with global teams to enhance processes and governance.
What You Bring
- University degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, or a related field.
- Longstanding experience in HR and Time Operations, including vendor management in Germany.
- Strong expertise in Time solutions with excellent analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- International mindset with experience in diverse, global teams.
- Deep understanding of legal and tariff regulations related to Time Management.
- Proficient in German and fluent in English.
