You are taking on commercial responsibility for our HR IT systems organization. Furthermore, as Lead Controller (f/m/d) you will functionally lead a team of 5 controlling professionals in our Finance Hub matrix organization. You will become an integral part of the internal Management Team of the Service Line, advise on all business aspects, ensure meaningful reporting for all stakeholders, and contribute with your finance and business know-how to upcoming business decisions. You ensure that services are grounded on positive business cases and contribute to the commercial success of the department. Together with the management of our HR IT systems organization, you are responsible for defining strategic multi-year business plans and challenging the countries' business goals and performance in regular business reviews. You independently calculate offers for Siemens internal customers as well as external customers, accompany pricing and global costing & pricing, and provide customer reports in close cooperation with our CRM team.
You coordinate the budget planning and forecasting process in alignment with the management of our HR IT systems organization and the finance head. You are in regular contact with our finance teams in the various countries and act as their first contact for any finance-related topics in your service line. You lead international commercial projects and initiatives and promote local implementation, e.g. productivity projects and benchmarking projects.
You foster collaboration and drive operational excellence within your assigned team of finance professionals and collaborate with their respective line managers in people-related topics, such as performance management, employee well-being and development, or change management. You convince with your proven analytical skills, your commitment as well as your focus on results, a confident appearance, and your assertiveness. You are enthusiastic about digitalization and automation of financial processes and have business management expertise, e.g. revenue recognition and Free Cash Flow (FCF). You are also well-versed in handling Microsoft Office applications and have experience with SAP applications, including ESPRIT. You have many years of relevant experience in controlling and a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field. You can demonstrate fluent communication skills in German and English, have very good presentation skills and feel comfortable in personal dealings with higher management.
