In your new role, you will:

1. Work closely with the strategy department and engineering departments of our Rolling Stock business unit and their commercial staff (f/m/d) across the organization.
2. Understand the requirements from the market/projects and integrate them into resource planning and reporting.
3. Coordinate the framework conditions of the regular planning process individually with the engineering managers of the business segments (e.g. High-Speed and Intercity, Commuter and Regional).
4. Oversee the entire planning process and provide advice based on your technical expertise.
5. Analyze the results to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and derive recommendations.
6. Create defined reports and prepare individual reports.
7. Identify potential for improvement and develop measures to optimize the planning and reporting processes.

What do you bring along?

You hold a bachelor’s degree in:

1. Industrial engineering
2. Mechanical engineering
3. Electrical engineering

Moreover, you have:

1. Many years of professional experience in planning and reporting.
2. Sound knowledge of analyzing business data and creating reports.
3. Experience in working with strategic departments and engineering teams.
4. Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for numbers.
5. A team-oriented way of working with strong communication skills.
6. Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting tools.
