In your new role, you will:
- Work closely with the strategy department and engineering departments of our Rolling Stock business unit and their commercial staff (f/m/d) across the organization.
- Understand the requirements from the market/projects and integrate them into resource planning and reporting.
- Coordinate the framework conditions of the regular planning process individually with the engineering managers of the business segments (e.g. High-Speed and Intercity, Commuter and Regional).
- Oversee the entire planning process and provide advice based on your technical expertise.
- Analyze the results to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and derive recommendations.
- Create defined reports and prepare individual reports.
- Identify potential for improvement and develop measures to optimize the planning and reporting processes.
What do you bring along?
You hold a bachelor’s degree in:
- Industrial engineering
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering
Moreover, you have:
- Many years of professional experience in planning and reporting.
- Sound knowledge of analyzing business data and creating reports.
- Experience in working with strategic departments and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills and a high affinity for numbers.
- A team-oriented way of working with strong communication skills.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, or other reporting tools.
