Then come and join our global team as Clinical Marketing Manager – General Imaging Ultrasound EMEA (f/m/d) by bridging the gap between clinical expertise and marketing strategy to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that effectively communicate the clinical benefits of our products to healthcare professionals, patients, internal colleagues and other stakeholders.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will develop and implement clinical marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and market penetration of Siemens Healthineers‘ General Imaging Ultrasound products.
- You will create and manage clinical marketing content, including white papers, case studies, clinical data summaries, product brochures, and presentations.
- You will ensure all marketing materials are scientifically accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and effectively convey the clinical value of our product.
- You will serve as the primary marketing contact for clinical key opinion leaders (KOL), healthcare professionals and other external stakeholders.
- You will organize and manage advisory boards, KOL meetings, and clinical symposiums to gather insights and feedback for marketing initiatives.
- You will develop and deliver training programs and materials, in alignment with the EMEA education team, for internal sales teams and external healthcare professionals to ensure a thorough understanding of product features and clinical benefits.
- You will plan and execute clinical marketing events, such as product launches, trade shows, and scientific conferences.
- You will support the sales team with clinical expertise during customer meetings, presentations, product presentation and trainings.
- You stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and guidelines that may impact marketing strategies as well as competition and market evaluations.
- You will support the regional direct and indirect education strategy and initiatives in EMEA.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed your university degree in Business Management or Marketing or any relevant field.
- You have many years of professional experience with ultrasound systems in a clinical setting.
- You possess a proven track record in marketing roles, preferably within the healthcare or medical device industry.
- You have several years of experience in developing clinical marketing strategies.
- You have the ability to translate technical ultrasound product features into compelling value propositions tailored to various stakeholders.
- You have core knowledge of the ultrasound and radiology market across Europe, Middle East & Africa.
- You possess an established network to Key Opinion Leaders for General Imaging Ultrasound.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have fluent English language skills; German is a plus.
- You have a thorough understanding of the needs and challenges of healthcare providers, physicians, sonographers & ultrasound users.
- You have the ability to navigate interpersonal relationships.
- You have a high level of self-motivation, self-organization and willingness to constantly learn.
- You have the ability to work in international teams and to travel across the region.
