Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As Global Change Communication Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies which underpin the successful change management of our transformation across Marketing as well as our core activities.
- You will take over delivering on comprehensive internal communication program which supports global, regional and country change initiatives linked to our transformation as well as marketing-related topics.
- You will engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging and drive colleague engagement through communication and community.
- You will oversee the creation, production and publication of communication materials, including newsletters, presentation materials for internal events and internal communication platforms.
- You will act as a leader in the editorial collaboration who stays informed about important development and results, translating them into a communication strategy.
- You are responsible for the quality management for Corporate Marketing communications, orchestrating the best possible communication experience for our colleagues.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed your university degree specializing in marketing, Public Relations, communication science or a comparable field.
- You contribute long-term experience in a communication role, with a focus on change management ideally in a marketing transformation and have already successfully implemented measurable projects or led functional teams.
- You have a very good general understanding of marketing in the field of customer experience.
- You have proven experience with internal communication strategies in the context of complex international corporate structures.
- You are proficient in digital communication tools and platforms, and experienced in using media such as video and internal social channels to engage and connect.
- Ideally you have knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry as well as B2B Marketing.

- You have the ability to create buy-in among stakeholders and navigate resistance with empathy and collaboration. You can lead with influence rather than authority, even among senior stakeholders.
- As this is a global role you have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- You possess strong project management and organizational skills, able to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple projects. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and thrive in dynamic environments.
- You bring an agile, innovative approach to your work, embracing entrepreneurial thinking to drive results. You excel in collaborative, matrix organizations that value cross-functional teamwork.
- You can adapt your communication strategies to different cultural contexts and ever-changing environments, always striving for clarity and inclusivity.
- You have a talent for simplifying complex topics and inspiring others to embrace change. You approach editorial processes in a B2B environment with confidence and care, ensuring clear, engaging content.
- You have strong analytical skills, able to assess the impact of communication efforts and adjust strategies with a thoughtful, data-driven approach.
- You are open to (inter-) national business trips (ca. 5-10% of working time).
