You’ll make an impact: The Siemens Cybersecurity team is looking for a Head of Enterprise Architect for Cybersecurity to drive our global reference architecture initiative. In this role, you have the chance to bring in your leadership and full expertise of architecture development in an international company. As the Lead Architect you and your team develop, maintain, and implement our innovative Cybersecurity reference architecture as well as Cybersecurity standards that fits to the increasing needs in cybersecurity to protect Siemens and our customers/ partners. Your team will be responsible for the overall picture as well as for modules of our enterprise architecture and will lead the delivery of the modules. As such, you will own target architecture, team enablement, business engagement and influence public advocacy. You will engage with Siemens cybersecurity architecture teams, Siemens IT architecture teams and drive architects to pursue both near and long-term risk mitigation initiatives, programs, and projects. It is expected that Siemens businesses and partners will rely on you as an architectural advisor, and you will operate considering the current and future technology stackDesign end-to-end Cybersecurity solutions to meet the organization’s specific needs and objectives aligned with strategy and the enterprise security architecture.Global technology trend scouting based on research and/or specific business demands, conducting pre-evaluation of new security technologies and initiating proof of concept activities to keep our cybersecurity architecture always ahead of the future challenges. The fulfilment of external national and international standards e.g., NIST are one of the challenges. You and our partner from Siemens Foundational Technology should also shape these standards to cover all our innovative thoughts. This is how you’ll win us over:EducationMaster’s degree and proven experience in developing architectures on a strategic level Experience & SkillsExcellent in collaboration across organizations Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to form and motivate teams to understand and follow our reference architecture Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to meet with and present to C-level executives In-depth knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks, principles, technologies, and best practices Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF or SABSA) and Enterprise Architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX)Very good experience in development and implementation of a Reference Architecture across an industry company, knowledge of building solution architectures, Cloud Technologies, and Technologies like ZeroTrust and Identity Management Languages: Proficient in English (spoken and written)You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
