We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT specialist to join our team as a Team Lead for „Digital Identities“. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in digital identity management. ResponsibilitiesYou are leading the strategic development of our authentication and authorization services with a focus on mid- and long-term goals. Innovation is your passion: You are responsible for scouting new technologies and trends in digital identities, focusing on authentication and authorization. As the owner of our overall IAM product and service portfolio, you take end-to-end responsibility. You drive continuous improvements, enhancing both the usability and technical capabilities of our centrally led identity systems. You supervise the cost structure of our centrally handled identity systems, keeping everything under control. In projects, you’re the go-to authority for authentication solutions and enterprise architecture. You lead an international team of approximately 30 colleagues, guiding them both functionally and disciplinarily, while helping them unlock their full potential. You excel in QualificationsYou bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in your field, making you a seasoned professional You have successfully completed a master’s degree in business informatics or a comparable field of study.
