ph3Staff Test Engineer /h3 h3Job Summary /h3 pWe are seeking a Staff NPI Test Engineer to lead test development for our mixed-signal and RF product portfolio. This role requires an engineer who can own test solutions across a product line — from early silicon validation through high-volume production — and who can resolve novel technical problems without needing the answer handed to them. The ideal candidate will apply and reinforce testability standards within their program, coordinate across multiple disciplines, and deliver test methodologies that support high-speed communication products operating atfrom LORA modulation rates to 200Gbps and beyond. /p h3Primary responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in new product design meetings to drive analog and digital DFT techniques into new designs; /li liDevelop and implement high-speed test solutions at package and/or wafer level for new products on the Advantest V93000 test platform, including both software and hardware; /li liWork with a cross-functional product team to assess and evaluate new designs and provide feedback based on ATE test results; /li liSupport product qualification by developing reliability screening solutions to evaluate device performance during life testing; /li liCollaborate with the Product Engineering to complete ATE characterization to ensure the robustness of IC designs and test solutions; /li liDeploy the solutions to our far-shore OSATs and support the ramp-up to full production; /li liHold periodic test review meetings with key stakeholders on project teams; /li liConduct ongoing test time and yield improvements to drive continuous margin improvement; /li /ul h3The right candidate will be able to /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong collaborative relationships across all functions within a project team (design, product, characterization, validation, applications, marketing etc.) /li liWork to aggressive project timelines /li liMultitask with multiple projects in different lifecycle phases /li liDeliver high quality test results in line with quality management standards; /li liProduce concise, accurate and timely reports and updates (written and oral), containing clearly presented results; /li /ul h3Knowledge, skills and experience desired /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline; /li liAt least 5+ years experience in ATE semiconductor testing; V93000 experience preferred /li liExperience in testing high-speed mixed signal ICs. /li liExperience in bring-up and support of solutions in offshore test locations; /li liKnowledge of high-speed PCB design concepts and experience in schematic level hardware design /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
