Talent Acquisition Administrative Analyst

As a Talent Acquisition Administrative Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the European Talent Acquisition team by ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. You will handle recruitment-related administrative tasks, offer 1st level system (ATS) support, maintain data accuracy, and contribute to process improvements. This role requires a detail-oriented, solution-driven professional with strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters for organizing in-person interviews in the region.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure timely and accurate system requests processing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the TA system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and external candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with regional teams, ensuring alignment across different locations in Europe and adherence to best practices.
  • Support reporting and analytics related to recruitment metrics.

You Bring These Skills, Experience & Education

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in customer-facing roles (HR, Customer Service, or related fields).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical skills to ensure data integrity.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Process-driven with the ability to streamline workflows and improve efficiency – ability to work with HR systems and recruitment tools.
  • International exposure and experience working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and nice to have German language skills.
