At SIG, you will lead complex RD projects, coordinate international cross‑functional teams, and drive product development from concept through industrialization and launch. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liLead end-to-end product development and launch projects, ensuring alignment with product strategy, technical requirements, and business objectives. /li liDefine project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements in close collaboration with Product Management. /li liLead multidisciplinary teams across RD, Manufacturing, Procurement, Regulatory, and Production within an international matrix organization. /li liManage projects according to SIG's phase-gate methodology, ensuring achievement of key milestones, quality standards, and budget targets. /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks, manage changes, and drive timely resolution of technical and operational challenges. /li liCoordinate design reviews, verification and validation activities, and the transfer of new products to manufacturing and external suppliers. /li liProvide transparent project reporting and facilitate decision-making with RD leadership and senior management. /li /ul h3You bring these skills, experience education /h3 ul liA university degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline; additional business qualifications are an advantage. /li liPMP (PMI) certification or an equivalent project management qualification. /li liProven experience managing complex product development and launch projects using phase-gate methodologies; knowledge of APQP is an advantage. /li liExperience leading cross-functional project teams of more than 20 members and managing RD project budgets exceeding €3 million OPEX. /li liStrong technical understanding of product development, verification, validation, and industrialization processes. /li liDemonstrated ability to coordinate teams and manage stakeholders in an international matrix organization. /li liExcellent planning, risk management, problem‑solving, and communication skills. /li liFluency in German and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3SIG competencies /h3 pSIG competencies We are looking for people who are willing to consistently achieve results, even under tough circumstances, employees who create a climate where everyone is motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve its objectives.
