The Thermal, Gas, Water Marketing units as well as Electricity, Solar and other solutions are tasked with designing, managing and optimising energy offers intended for customers (individuals, real estate, local authorities, companies). They contribute to the energy transition of customers while supporting the economic and environmental performance of the canton of Geneva. Your energy in the service of a sustainable Geneva
As part of your role, you will be expected to: Contribute to the optimisation of energy solutions in line with the challenges of energy transition and environmental performance. Understand the expectations, behaviours and needs of customers in order to better guide the proposed solutions; Design and optimise energy solutions with high economic and environmental added value; Conduct market analyses and benchmarks to support strategic decisions; Provide support to marketing activities to ensure proper coordination and implementation of actions; Contribute to the continuous improvement of offers in line with the objectives of the activity. You stand out for your intellectual agility and your ability to adapt to constantly evolving environments. Endowed with a developed analytical and synthetic mind, you know how to handle complex issues while maintaining a strong customer orientation. Your interpersonal ease allows you to interact effectively with a variety of interlocutors, both within internal teams and with partners. Autonomous and organised, you are recognised for your writing skills as well as your ability to structure and enhance information. You master office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, especially for data analysis and formatting. Sensitivity to the energy sector as well as to sustainable development issues is an essential asset for this position.
Your academic background: • Recent graduate holding a Master’s level degree from a business school or engineering school.
