Job Description
- Lead end-to-end delivery of conversational AI and digital transformation projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technical domains
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Coordinate pilot rollouts across multiple business units and locations
- Facilitate communication between central and local stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, delivery KPIs, and business impact
- Organize workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder meetings
- Ensure transparent reporting and proactive issue resolution
- Support Agile delivery processes and maintain execution focus
- Drive project delivery with strong ownership and accountability
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial experience in Project Management within technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional projects
- Strong project delivery and coordination skills
- Experience with planning, task management, risk management, and dependency tracking
- Experience coordinating pilot rollouts and stakeholder alignment
- Ability to track project progress, KPIs, and business impact
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in multinational environments
- Good understanding of Agile project management approaches and tools
- Familiarity with conversational AI solutions, chatbots, voicebots, AI agents, or similar technologies
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivery
- Advanced English level
- Based in Germany with availability for regular on-site presence in Koblenz
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with AI implementation projects within Customer Operations or Customer Service
- Experience with chatbot, voicebot, or AI agent rollouts
- Experience managing pilots across several business units or locations
- Experience working in consulting or contractor environments
- Intermediate German level or higher
