Engineering Project Manager — Care & Healthcare Properties
Previous professional project-delivery experience required
Applicants must have managed solar, electrical construction or occupied-building installation projects, including contractors, schedules and project records. Applications without relevant work experience will not be considered.
We are looking for a Project Manager to coordinate solar installations at care, healthcare and similar continuously occupied properties.
The role requires careful planning with estate and facility teams so that access, work areas and technical activities are understood before installation begins.
- Develop programmes around agreed property-operating requirements.
- Confirm contractor scope, site readiness and equipment deliveries.
- Coordinate roofing, structural and electrical interfaces with qualified specialists.
- Maintain progress reports, cost records and approved changes.
- Raise delivery risks early and agree corrective actions.
- Organise inspections, commissioning and handover documentation.
Relationships with facility-management providers, electrical contractors, roofing specialists and contractors experienced in occupied properties would be useful.
Candidates should be confident communicating with property managers and coordinating several professional teams.
Languages: German and working English.
