Job Description:
Sigma Suisse is seeking for his client, a leader in the textile industry, an IT Technician / Responsable Informatique, English speaker, with a level of German that can support level 1 issues. Our client is starting a new project to improve the IT systems and business processes. The IT technician, who has technical skills and functional experience, will lead this project. They are comfortable with business applications, warehouse operations, production, security, and understanding processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT operations, including Active Directory and Exchange (on-premises or cloud).
- Handle network tasks like VPN, troubleshooting, and firewalling.
- Manage physical network tasks such as cabling and fiber optics.
- Work closely with all administrative, commercial, and production departments.
- The IT Technician will manage the site alone, supporting 40 PCs.
Experience:
- 5 to 10 years experience.
- Curious and eager to understand business processes.
- Learning German – at least B1 – B2 level.
