4-AXIS CNC MACHINE OPERATOR (M/F)
Your mission:
• Machine panels of varying dimensions and thicknesses on a 4-axis CNC machine. • Enter, programme and optimise tasks to be executed on the machine software. • Ensure production optimisation through your programming and nesting skills. • Supervise the execution of machining operations, perform quality checks, label and palletise finished parts. • Carry out routine maintenance of the machine and accessories necessary for its proper functioning. • Study customer requests and participate in the preparation of quotes. • Manage and follow up on offers as well as customer and supplier orders. • Participate in various logistics and warehousing activities related to the business. Your profile: • Technical training in machining, carpentry, sheet metal work or equivalent training. • Proven experience of 3 to 10 years on a 4-axis CNC machine, ideally on equipment such as Biesse Rover A FT. • Excellent knowledge of materials such as wood, fibre cement, plaster or other construction materials. • Good command of IT tools related to technical drawing and industrial programming. • Ability to read, interpret and modify technical drawings. • Holder of a driving licence for counterbalance and reach mast forklifts. • Proficient in French, both spoken and written. • Autonomous, rigorous, organised, dynamic person with an excellent sense of responsibility.
