You will join a team including project managers, architects, service managers, other business analysts, and developers. As a true functional reference, your role will be essential to design the roadmap, manage the product backlog by capitalizing as much as possible on the standard functionalities of the software package, and implement high-quality solutions.Responsibilities:- Pre-project & Scoping: Support pre-project phases (pre-sales) by preparing feasibility studies, cost estimates, organizing workshops, and advising business lines on the best approaches.- Design & Architecture: Assume responsibility for the technical and functional design of developments. Lead design reviews and ensure quality control of produced artifacts.- Product Governance: Manage the roadmap as well as the product backlog, and ensure active technological monitoring within your scope.- Change Management: Support projects during their design phase to ensure the alignment of developments with global objectives, transversality, and respect for standards.- Communication & Support: Manage communication and coordination with stakeholders (project teams, business lines, support teams, architects, and engineers) and provide your expertise.- Project Lifecycle: Actively participate in the validation of deliverables (test concepts, deployment concepts) as well as in the testing, deployment, support, and reporting phases.Profile:- Higher education degree (HES diploma, university degree, EPF engineering degree, or equivalent).- Confirmed experience of 5 years or more in the functional analysis role.- Excellent confirmed mastery of AppEngine and CSM modules, as well as a good understanding of the architecture and data model of these modules.- Solid knowledge of development engineering processes (phases and associated deliverables) and system vision standards.- Mastery of technical environments: ServiceNow, JIRA, XRAY, SharePoint, iServer, Figma / Axure.- Excellent oral and written communication, adapted to different target audiences, combined with strong skills in change management and facilitation of working groups.What will make the difference:- Holding ServiceNow certifications and/or methodological certifications (BPM, BPMN, ISTQB).- Methodology: Confirmed experience in an Agile environment and good knowledge of ITIL.- Posture: Leadership, eloquence, clarity of speech, and proven ability for analysis and problem-solving.- Soft Skills: Autonomy, sense of responsibility, resilience, ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and commitment to continuous improvement. jid15469e7aen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
