Coordinator of the method‑specific training for psychodrama
20 hours per week (m/f/d)
The Coordinator of Method‑Specific Training supports the head of training of a psychotherapy method in the organizational and technical implementation of method‑specific training at the Faculty of Psychotherapy Science of the Sigmund Freud University (SFU).
The function is the central interface between the psychotherapy method and the faculty. It is involved in the structured connection of method‑specific training to the degree programs and university processes.
The function does not make any final decisions on training issues, but is closely involved in technical matters. It serves to relieve the operational burden on the head of training, to ensure continuity and to further develop the qualifications of the post holder in teaching, training and, prospectively, in more advanced training functions.
Role and embedding
Professional assignment to the head of training
Collaboration in the method‑specific management team
Participation in the content of the psychotherapy method (teaching)
Close cooperation with the faculty management, in particular the Vice Dean's Office for Teaching and the heads of the psychotherapy degree programs
Central tasks Organization, coordination and faculty connection
Organizational support for method‑specific training
Participation in the planning of courses (in cooperation with the head of training, heads of degree programs and SSC)
Operational assurance of compliance with the applicable university regulations
Supporting method‑specific admission and selection procedures
Processing and preparation of training degrees
Preparation and follow‑up of meetings of the management team and the teaching committee
Content‑related participation and teaching
Participation in teaching within the framework of legal and university regulations
Technical and content‑related participation in the further development of method‑specific training content
Collaboration in the curricular coordination of method‑specific courses as part of the faculty's degree programs
Contributing to the content of quality assurance, evaluations and reports
Student and lecturer contact
Contact point for candidates and students with method‑specific concerns
Participation in method‑specific aspects of student administration (e.g. admissions, recognitions, leaves of absence) in cooperation with the SSC and head of education
Contact with lecturers
Structured forwarding of matters relevant to content or legal decisions to the head of education
Demarcation Ultimate responsibility for the content and form of method‑specific training lies with the head of training or the relevant faculty committees.
Development perspective The position is
development‑oriented
and is aimed at qualified junior colleagues with an interest in teaching, training organization and quality assurance. It enables gradual qualification towards teaching therapist and – if suitable and required – further training functions.
A completed methodological training as a psychotherapist is required for the position.

For this position we offer a monthly gross salary of € 3,500.00 (PraeDoc) or € 4,500.00 (PostDoc) on a full‑time basis with willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications/previous experience.
