Job description

Signode is looking for a driven Team Lead Business Development - Europe to lead our growth across Europe. In this role, you will focus on winning new customers, building a strong sales pipeline, and leading a high-performing team.

What you’ll do

  • Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth

  • Lead and coach a team of new business sales professionals

  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new customers

What you bring

  • Strong experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business

  • Proven track record of closing deals and driving growth

  • Leadership experience with sales teams

  • Solid pipeline management and sales discipline

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Willingness to travel: high (up to ~60% depending on region/customer footprint)
