To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Business Insight & Technology – Senior Project Manager.
Missions
- Establish project management and governance structure in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Identify dependencies, assess risks, and communicate status updates effectively.
- Ensure adherence to project deliverables, timelines, and budgets following best practices.
- Monitor project performance and implement action plans to meet objectives.
- Oversee project financials and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively remove obstacles and drive project progress.
- Allocate necessary resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring timely execution and budget compliance.
- Prepare project status reports and documentation for sponsors.
- Apply project management best practices, including Agile, SDLC, and PMF methodologies.
- Support business case development and financial planning for digital capability investments.
Profile
- 15+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7+ years of experience managing Pharma GxP system implementation projects.
- Experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation projects.
- Knowledge of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
- Familiarity with change management processes and regulated document authoring.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
