Information Technology Support Specialist

We are looking for a talented GxP IT Support Specialist . Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 on-site IT support for infrastructure and applications Support and maintain GxP-validated systems (e.g., OMNIS, Chromeleon, LIMS, SAS, eArchive, Interflex) Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server environments, Active Directory (users, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Network infrastructure (VLANs, routing, firewall rules) Ensure server patching compliance using SCCM Work on virtualized environments (VMware / Nutanix) Support Citrix Virtual Apps (VDA, publishing) Collaborate with architects on server
