If you are motivated by the perspective of joining a big, trusted and recognized group, then let's meet ! /ppTo develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented bMES Project Manager. /b /ph3Missions /h3ulliLead end-to-end MES projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements. /liliManage project planning, resources, risks, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communication. /liliCoordinate MES implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, validation, and deployment. /liliCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver compliant solutions. /liliOversee MES integrations with SAP, LIMS, Maximo, and other manufacturing systems. /liliCoordinate the local MES team on an interim basis, including system administrators, recipe authors, engineers, and external contractors. /liliEnsure compliance with GMP, GxP, GAMP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. /liliSupport operational continuity, incident resolution, process improvements, and change management. /li /ulh3Profile /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field. /liliApproximately 15 years of project/program management experience, including complex cross-functional projects. /liliApproximately 10 years of MES experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environments. /liliStrong expertise in MES implementations, electronic batch records, recipe management, system integrations, and validation. /liliHands‑on experience with Emerson Syncade strongly preferred. /liliSolid knowledge of GMP, GxP, GAMP, CSV, SDLC, and 21 CFR Part 11. /liliProven leadership skills, with experience coordinating technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders. /liliStrong communication, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. /liliPMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification is an advantage. /li /ulh3For information /h3ulliStart date : ASAP /liliLocation : Neuchâtel - CH /liliDuration : permanent contract /liliLanguage : Fluent in English and French /liliEuropean citizen required /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
