To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Reliability Engineer.
Missions
- Implement and maintain reliability procedures aligned with the Global Reliability Excellence program.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and GMP standards.
- Analyze equipment failure data, conduct root cause analyses, and propose improvements.
- Manage obsolescence plans and replacement/upgrade strategies.
- Develop and implement maintenance and monitoring procedures with cross-functional teams.
- Identify and integrate new technologies to enhance equipment reliability.
- Provide training programs for Maintenance and Metrology teams.
- Develop and track KPIs, monitor breakdown causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports on the status and progress of reliability initiatives.
Profile
- Diploma in Reliability/Maintenance/Reporting
- + 7 years of work experience in Reliability, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
- Knowledge of current international regulatory regulations, cGxP requirements, and best practices, including 21 CFR part 11, 210 and 211, Annex 11, EU-GMP guidelines, and GAMP.
- Experience in Maintenance, Metrology, CMMS management
- Experience with regulatory inspection
- General knowledge in manufacturing area (Maintenance, Production, Warehouse…)
- Strong knowledge in reporting and KPI
