To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented
Scrum Master.
Missions
Support two Agile teams within a growing Agile environment.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure the effective application of Scrum principles and practices.
Coach Agile teams and promote continuous improvement.
Manage cross-team and programme-level dependencies within a SAFe environment.
Collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
Work with senior stakeholders and business users in a demanding environment.
Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Hands-on background in software development.
Proven experience working in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment: SAFe Scrum Master certification is mandatory.
Strong experience managing cross-team and programme-level dependencies.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps is an advantage.
Previous experience in reinsurance, reserving, or financial services would be a strong advantage.
