To develop our consulting offer and support one of our clients, we are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst.
Missions
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and prioritize business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and understand business needs.
- Create detailed business documentation (functional specifications, user stories, use-cases, and processes).
- Work with architects to propose solutions that align with business requirements and target architecture.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert on business requirements during design, build, and test phases.
- Assist in quality assurance and testing processes as a key reviewer.
- Foster a collaborative, goal-oriented environment to contribute to the success of IT projects.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of business analysis experience within the energy sector.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools, and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- CPRE certification and familiarity with modeling tools like BPMN is a plus.
- Experience in optimizing flexible energy assets or energy trading is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex technical information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making
