Garantir la cohérence, la sécurité et le respect des standards techniques de l’entreprise. Conseiller les équipes de développement sur les choix technologiques et leur implémentation. Réaliser une veille technologique et formuler des recommandations d’évolution. Définir et maintenir les référentiels, normes, procédures et standards techniques. Participer à l’installation, la mise en production, l’administration et l’exploitation des environnements Linux Server. Garantir le maintien en conditions opérationnelles et l’évolution des infrastructures et systèmes. Suivre et analyser les performances des infrastructures et proposer des actions d’optimisation. Diagnostiquer et piloter la résolution des incidents et anomalies techniques. Superviser la gestion des droits d’accès aux serveurs et applications. Produire les livrables associés : architectures techniques opérationnelles, référentiels d’architecture, notes de préconisation et documentation technique. Profil Expertise OpenShift v4 et environnements Linux RHEL 8/9. Maîtrise de Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform. Bonne connaissance des protocoles d’authentification OAuth2 et Kerberos. Expérience confirmée en tant qu’ingénieur OpenShift / Linux Server. Connaissances appréciées : Red Hat Satellite, Python, ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, Prometheus/Grafana et RabbitMQ. Une expérience de migration Docker Swarm vers Kubernetes est un plus. Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et sécurisé.
