MES Project Manager in Zürich

Lead end-to-end MES projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timelines, and regulatory requirements.Manage project planning, resources, risks, budgets, governance, and stakeholder communication.Coordinate MES implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, validation, and deployment.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver compliant solutions.Oversee MES integrations with SAP, LIMS, Maximo, and other manufacturing systems.Coordinate the local MES team on an interim basis, including system administrators, recipe authors, engineers, and external contractors.Ensure compliance with GMP, GxP, GAMP, CSV, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.Support operational continuity, incident resolution, process improvements, and change management.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.Approximately 15 years of project/program management experience, including complex cross-functional projects.Approximately 10 years of MES experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or highly regulated manufacturing environments.Strong expertise in MES implementations, electronic batch records, recipe management, system integrations, and validation.Hands-on experience with Emerson Syncade strongly preferred.Solid knowledge of GMP, GxP, GAMP, CSV, SDLC, and 21 CFR Part 11.Proven leadership skills, with experience coordinating technical teams and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent certification is an advantage.At SII Switzerland, we stand out for our strong collaborative culture and recognized expertise in IT consulting and engineering services, supporting our clients in their digital transformation and innovation projects.With a presence across three offices in Geneva, Lausanne, and Zurich, and a workforce of around 70 consultants, our teams contribute every day to creating a work environment that is stimulating and development-oriented, where expertise, teamwork, and initiative are valued.For the third consecutive year, SII Switzerland has been certified Great Place To Work and ranked among the Best Workplaces in "Suisse Romande", demonstrating our strong commitment to our employees and the quality of our practices.True to our human-centered values, we are committed to supporting continuous learning and building strong relationships with our local ecosystem and partners.Joining SII Switzerland means taking part in a collective adventure guided by our promise "Let's Tech Together," and helping to build a technological future that is innovative, sustainable, and responsible, at the heart of an environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and professional growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
