You will act as the bridge between business users, innovation teams, IT, and software providers to ensure that our innovation platforms and processes create value for employees worldwide. /p ul liOwn and continuously enhance Sika’s global innovation platforms (HYPE), including configuration, administration, and implementation of new functionalities. /li liTranslate business requirements into scalable digital solutions, workflows, and user-friendly platform capabilities. /li liDrive the optimization, digitalization, and standardization of global innovation processes and best practices. /li liPartner with innovation teams, business stakeholders, IT, and external software providers to deliver effective platform and process solutions. /li liTroubleshoot platform-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. /li liDevelop and deliver training, user guidance, and enablement activities to support adoption and engagement across the organization. /li liFoster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a strong global innovation community. /li liMonitor platform usage, process performance, and key metrics, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making and continuous improvement. /li /ul ul liUniversity degree in Innovation Management, Digital Business, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. /li liMinimum 3-5 years of proven experience in innovation management, idea management or innovation processes as Project Lead, Process Manager or Product Owner. /li liExperience with platform administration, business applications, workflow-driven systems, or process management in an international environment. /li liStrong technical affinity with the ability to translate business requirements into effective digital solutions. /li liHands-on experience with enterprise software, system configuration, and collaboration with IT teams, software providers, and external partners. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach to work. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. /li liStrong customer and user focus with a commitment to driving adoption and continuous improvement. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ul liExperience with Stage-Gate or Portfolio Management solutions. /li liKnowledge of Change Management, User Adoption, or Community Management. /li liExperience with reporting and data visualization tools. /li /ul pWe offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
