The role requires an international mindset and willingness to travel approximately 40%. /p h3Job Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement global procurement strategies for Operational Technology (OT) categories and suppliers /li liManage strategic supplier relationships with leading OT manufacturers, system integrators, and service providers /li liLead negotiations of global framework agreements, contracts, pricing models, and service level agreements /li liIdentify and realize cost optimization, standardization, and synergy opportunities across regions and sites /li liSupport local plants in complex sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations while ensuring alignment with global agreements /li liDrive lifecycle and vendor performance management to secure reliable and future-proof OT solutions /li liEnsure compliance with cybersecurity, third-party risk, and regulatory requirements within procurement activities /li liCollaborate closely with OT, Engineering, Operations, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Procurement stakeholders on a global scale /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field /li liAt least 5 years of experience in strategic category management or indirect procurement, ideally covering IT/OT /li liExperience in an international manufacturing environment, preferably in Chemicals, Oil Gas, Pharmaceuticals, or a similar industry /li liStrong knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) systems, such as DCS, SCADA, PLC and MES /li liProven experience negotiating complex service agreements, framework agreements and global supplier contracts /li liFluency in English; German is a strong advantage /li liWillingness to travel approximately 40%, mainly within EMEA /li liStrong analytical, communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to work effectively in an international, matrixed organization /li /ul h3Benefits and Culture /h3 ul liWe offer competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive work environment that values diversity and inclusion.
