Program Manager (Logistics)
In this challenging role, you will work with external partners to perform SAP roll‑outs, leading a global SAP team that transforms our business through innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP TM program from initiation to successful completion.
- Manage expectations on the development of solid project plans, with milestones and clear deliverables (in IT and business terms), handling risks, issues and objections.
- Manage timelines, budgets and quality without compromise.
- Shape group‑wide digitalization initiatives and translate concepts into solutions that simplify and strengthen core business processes.
- Define, orchestrate, and steer essential work packages across diverse cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with project targets and efficient resource utilization.
- Manage overall service relationship end‑to‑end, steering committees and project office, between SIKA, SI partner and Central SAP template team.
- Ensure transparency and rigorous risk management.
- Secure alignment across senior stakeholders and ensure solutions are delivered sustainably in the organization.
- Vigilantly secure robust change, quality, and risk management protocols within all assigned projects, mitigating potential disruptions and upholding standards.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in SAP functional architecture within Logistics, Supply Chain, Production, and Order‑to‑Cash domains.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading global SAP initiatives in Logistics and Supply Chain domains.
- Strong communicator at multiple levels of the organization with clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Value‑driven mindset even when navigating complexity.
- Empathy and resilience, taking responsibility in demanding situations.
- Readiness for extensive travelling.
- Fluent in English.
