Overview As Compliance Manager at Sika’s Corporate Compliance Team, you will shape and sustain the Global Compliance Management System to foster ethical behavior worldwide. You will collaborate with HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of integrity, lead investigations, and drive global compliance initiatives. You will deliver trainings and oversee audits to strengthen governance across the organization. This role offers impact across acquisitions, post-merger integration, and continuous improvement of compliance processes. Leistungen / Benefits competitive salaries aligned with local market benchmarks fair and equitable pay practices role-specific compensation based on skills and education Verantwortungsbereiche Develop, implement, and maintain the Global Compliance Management System (CMS) and lead by Sika Values Provide guidance and training to line management on ethics and compliance; coordinate worldwide initiatives Manage full lifecycle of compliance/HR investigations; prepare detailed reports and recommendations Ensure proper documentation and timely investigation; follow up remediation actions with HR/Legal/Compliance teams Design and deliver targeted compliance trainings (in-person/virtual) and uplift local/global teams Contribute to the Compliance Audit Program; participate in audits and online reviews Identify areas for improvement in operations; assess risks and mitigation strategies Draft and update internal policies, procedures, and guidelines on ethical leadership and compliance Lead global projects related to compliance, coordinating with HR, Legal, and Compliance Roll out CMS to acquired companies or new Sika entities (post-merger) Monitor progress of compliance initiatives and adjust as needed; report to Group Management and Board Monitor employee feedback channels (Voice of the Employee) to drive remediation and culture improvements Share integrity best practices across Sika Group; support sustainability goals Support periodic reporting to Group Management and Board Zentrale Anforderungen 10+ years of compliance experience in an international business Degree in Law or post-graduate studies in Law/Compliance (e.g., CAS) Direct experience in investigations Strong report-writing and executive-summary skills Excellent English communication skills Initiative-taker, highly organized, diligent, able to work independently yet collaboratively Ability to influence a diverse, cross-cultural workforce in a decentralized matrix organization Capability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Willingness to travel ~20% Experience in manufacturing/industry and collaboration with HR is a plus Additional languages (German, Spanish, French, Portuguese) are advantageous initiative strong organizational skills diligence investigations and case management audit participation and risk assessment policy drafting and governance
