About us Silicon Austria Labs (SAL) is a top research center for Electronics and Software Based Systems (ESBS). MSc / PhD in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience Over 5 years of working experience as a lithography process engineer, including hands-on experience with lithography equipment and process development in a cleanroom environment. Demonstrated industry experience in semiconductor lithography Demonstrated experience in other process engineering fields – advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
