But we are constantly working on new measures to offer our employees an environment where they feel good Responsibility for lithography systems, mainly track and exposure tools Develop new lithography processes Collaborate with research teams within SAL to fabricate state of the art research vehicles Ensure stable processes and equipment run for the lithography department Evaluate new processes and equipment Stay current with industry advancements and emerging technologies in lithography and semiconductor manufacturing. MSc / PhD in a relevant engineering field, or equivalent experience Over 5 years of working experience as a lithography process engineer, including hands-on experience with lithography equipment and process development in a cleanroom environment. Demonstrated industry experience in semiconductor lithography Demonstrated experience in other process engineering fields – advantage Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
