Overview
As Senior Inhouse Consultant Data & Analytics (SAP), you will own the stable operation and ongoing enhancement of our SAP Analytics landscape, focusing on SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Datasphere. You will shape the BI strategy, governance, and data architecture while guiding cross-functional teams and external providers. This role offers the chance to drive data-driven decision making across the organization and contribute to scalable analytics solutions in a fast-growing tech-enabled environment.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Own operation and continuous enhancement of the Data & Analytics landscape (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere)
- Manage development pipeline for SAP Business Data Cloud requirements
- Drive Data & Analytics and BI strategy, including reporting/frontend tools
- Ensure system availability, performance, and data quality
- Design and optimize data architecture, data models, and reporting structures
- Manage external service providers in day-to-day operations
- Advise business on reporting/analytics use and evolution
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to develop tailored data solutions
- Establish governance standards and best practices in SAP BDC; identify new SAP Analytics innovations
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several years of experience with SAP Analytics solutions (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud)
- Degree in Business Informatics or comparable qualification
- Strong data modeling, data architecture, and reporting skills; ETL/ELT experience
- Experience defining and implementing BI strategies and governance models
- Strong analytical, structured, self-driven working style
- Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for data-driven decisions
