How you will create an impact:

• Corporate Governance Implementation: You will provide expert legal support as part of the Company Secretariat, working closely with the GC, Board, Shareholders’ Meeting, and CEO to implement and maintain our revised corporate governance model.
• Global Corporate Housekeeping: You will manage corporate housekeeping tasks across our global operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency on a global level.
• M&A Support: You will contribute essential legal insights in support of M&A initiatives.
• Commercial Contracts: You will review, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts on a global scale together with our senior stakeholders, balancing legal risks and business objectives.
• Legal Advisory: You will advise on legal risks, business strategies, and compliance matters related to corporate law.
• Continuous Learning: You stay abreast of evolving laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting corporate law and AI technologies.
• Training & Development: You will assist in developing and delivering training programs on governance best practices and corporate law for internal teams.

About you:

• You provide the appropriate Educational Background: Completion of 1st and 2nd state examinations (Staatsexamen) or equivalent legal degree with above average results.
• You bring at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate law, preferably with prior in-house experience or from a leading international law firm.
• You possess language proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in German or another EU language is a significant advantage.
• Your expertise includes knowledge of corporate law (especially GmbH law) and corporate governance practices.
• You have excellent analytical, negotiation, and drafting abilities.
• You can work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• You are tech-savvy with a keen interest in leveraging technology and AI to enhance legal processes.
• You have strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
