Overview
In this role you shape global compensation and rewards, aligning frameworks with the total rewards philosophy and regulatory requirements. You partner with the Rewards team to ensure consistent, data-driven compensation structures across regions. You will influence how we benchmark, design bonus programs, and manage salary review cycles at scale. You’ll work on implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors compensation processes and contribute to cross-functional governance. This is an impact role at a fast-growing, collaborative consultancy with a global footprint.

Verantwortungsbereiche
- Develop and continuously improve global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and salary review cycles.
- Ensure alignment with total rewards strategy, market benchmarks, and regional consistency; partner with the business on complex topics.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and help design fair pay structures.
- Implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and related EC structures; ensure data quality and system readiness.
- Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives (mobility, allowances) and data-driven decision making.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to align compensation topics and deliver clear, structured communication on sensitive matters.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Several (ideally 4–6) years of HR experience with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in global or regional roles.
- Proven experience in managing or contributing to global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.
- Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, market practices, and total rewards principles.
- Experience with regulatory topics (e.g., EU Pay Transparency Directive) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Employee Central (EC) modules.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills with ability to translate data into insights.
- Experience in international and/or matrix organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; clear, structured, and confident communication.
- Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented; able to balance operational and strategic work.
- Business fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
