  • How You Will Create An Impact
  • You will help leading pharmaceutical, biotech, medtech, and healthcare organizations unlock value from data by designing and implementing Advanced Analytics, AI, and Generative AI solutions.
  • You will extract, process, and analyze complex structured and unstructured datasets across the Life Sciences value chain, including commercial, medical, patient, market, and R&D data.
  • You will leverage your technical expertise to develop, test, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions that address critical business challenges and support data‑driven decision making.
  • You will combine Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate actionable insights, automate knowledge‑intensive processes, and accelerate business outcomes for Life Sciences clients.
  • You will translate business questions into analytical approaches and AI use cases, ensuring that results are robust, scalable, and aligned with real‑world impact.
  • You will take ownership of workstreams, collaborate closely with client stakeholders, and communicate technical findings in a clear and business‑relevant way.
  • You will present analyses, AI solutions, and strategic recommendations to client teams and senior executives.
  • You will contribute to the development of innovative offerings at the intersection of Data Science, Generative AI, and Life Sciences.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field.
  • Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • 4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or Advanced Analytics.
  • Strong experience developing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning models using Python or similar technologies.
  • Solid understanding of AI and Machine Learning methodologies, including tree‑based methods, Bayesian approaches, and modern Generative AI technologies.
  • Hands‑on experience applying Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, or related Gen AI frameworks to solve business challenges.
  • Familiarity with cloud‑based data and AI platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their services for data storage, compute, automation, Machine Learning, and application deployment.
  • Knowledge of relational, SQL, and No SQL databases, as well as Data Engineering and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, and collaborative mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and AI to solve complex business challenges.
  • Experience in consulting is a strong plus.
  • Experience in pharma, medtech or consumer health is a strong plus, including familiarity with industry data, business processes, and challenges across pricing, market access and commercial functions.
