IT Working Student (m/f/d)
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for students who are eager to gain practical experience alongside their studies and support our IT team for up to 20 hours per week.
As part of our IT team, you will support our employees in their day-to-day work and help ensure a smooth IT experience, from onboarding and hardware setup to providing technical support.
Ideally, you are still enrolled for at least another 12 months and can support us throughout this period.

- You will help new employees get started quickly by allocating and installing IT equipment.
- You will act as a point of contact to support new employees’ introduction to our systems (hardware, software, mobile services), provide help with onboarding and be available to answer questions.
- You will keep track of our IT hardware and maintain it in our asset management system.
- You will assist in managing our ticketing system.
- You will be happy to help with any queries about office applications, installing printers, fixing problems with mobile phones, laptops, and more.
- You will provide dedicated support with technical aspects at internal events.
- You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in computer science, business information systems, (industrial) engineering, or another course of studies with a focus on IT.
- You can demonstrate a passion for IT and a good command of Microsoft and Apple products.
- You have an interest in hardware, including laptops, monitors, and peripheral devices.
- You ideally have some experience with asset management or ticket systems.
- You are fluent in business English (written and spoken); further languages are a plus.
