Overview
Account Executive m/f/x (Remote) at simpleclub. Join an ambitious team as we expand our B2B business with a proven system of SDRs, AEs, and CSMs. The role contributes to taking simpleclub to the next level and offers opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Through cold and warm outreach, engage leads and sell our learning platform to companies across market segments.
- Initially target deals in the 7,500€ to 50,000€ ARR range; top performance will expand deal size.
- Develop deep expertise in digital education and German “Aus- & Weiterbildung”; address objections confidently and demonstrate the value of our solution.
- Maintain an organized pipeline and anticipate customer objections; receive strong support from the entire Sales Team, especially the VP of Sales, in closing new deals.
- Experiment with new approaches and share learnings with the team; continuously adopt innovative methods to improve performance.
- Support customers with a consultative sales process that prioritizes customer success and long-term partnerships over quick wins.

Compensation
We offer transparent pay bands. The target annual gross salary for a 100% position is 90,000–110,000 EUR, including a 60/40 split between fixed and variable pay, plus uncapped commission. If you live outside Germany, we adjust to your local market. Salary bands are used to ensure fair treatment of all employees. After the interview process, with a better understanding of your skills and experience, we refine compensation expectations.
