Your value: At Simplifier AG, you have the unique opportunity to develop and shape solution engineering within our Customer Success Team using your expertise.

Your purpose: With your extensive experience, you will serve as a key interface between our customers and developers, capturing customer requirements and developing suitable solution concepts.

• Convey the added value of Simplifier to customers
• Create solution concepts and presentations to demonstrate value to potential customers and partners
• Assist customers and partners throughout their journey to successfully utilize Simplifier
• Take overall responsibility for customer relationships and ongoing cooperation after contract signing
• Advise and support customers in advancing their company\’s digitalization with Simplifier
• Work in FlexWork mode and visit customer sites as needed

What will you do?

• Identify new potentials and use cases with Simplifier, communicating their business value
• Collaborate with Sales and Value Engineering to develop suitable solutions for customer challenges
• Develop demos with Simplifier and present them
• Manage the successful implementation of Proof of Values
• Assist customers in integrating low-code solutions into their organization
• Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the onboarding team

What do you bring?

• A strong understanding of software architecture to comprehend relevant contexts
• Creativity and pragmatic problem-solving skills for customer challenges
• Professional experience as a solution architect, consultant, or developer in a low-code environment, with customer interaction in a software company
• Business fluency in German and English
• Knowledge of at least one programming language
• The mindset and motivation to succeed as a Solution Engineer in a software development environment
• Willingness to travel as required
