They have established an AI department with over 350 experts in Data Science, Data and Cloud Engineering, focusing on smart manufacturing (IIoT), logistical optimization, and data integration across clouds and systems. Role Overview The AI Pricing Team, consisting of about 15 Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Owners, seeks a Senior Software Engineer to develop AI applications that support smarter decision-making in pricing strategies, such as real-time price forecasting and adjustments based on demand and other conditions. Responsibilities Evaluate solutions for technical feasibility, efficiency, and sustainability in collaboration with team members Select appropriate tech stack, design architecture, and develop production-ready applications Test and deploy applications Develop and integrate REST APIs Lead technical discussions and workshops to enhance team skills Collaborate across teams to improve infrastructure and support business units Skills & Experience Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Software or Application Development within a modern, data-driven IT environment Proficiency in Python; Java experience is acceptable but willingness to learn Python is required Experience with Spark, Databricks, and Kubernetes Cloud experience (preferably Azure, GCP, or AWS) is beneficial but not mandatory Strong communication skills across all levels, including non-technical staff Experience working in English within an international team Interested?
