For our customer located in Basel/Switzerland we are currently looking for a Project Manager for “Pan RLT” initiative (m/f/d)
Tasks & Responsibilities
Pan RLT is a strategic cross-functional (enterprise-wide) board oriented to collectively discuss operational challenges, propose solutions, and facilitate decision-making. It aims to support RLT portfolio expansion by removing internal and external capacity barriers, maximizing potential by ensuring operational excellence, and accelerating clinical execution. The initiative focuses on 4 key pillars and is made up of multiple workstreams.
It is requested a PM to support the initiative with 3 main responsibilities:
- Manage Pan RLT Workstream leaders meetings (agenda, minutes, and action follow-up)
- Manage the entire communication workstream (newsletter, RLT Connect, Sharepoint)
- Ad-Hoc support for training initiatives, driving process improvement and implementation, preparation of business cases
Must Haves
Key requirements:
- Very good project management skills, problem-solving, leadership, and ability to bring actions forward to completion
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, coordinate sub-projects, and maintain a well-structured way of working
- Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional global projects
- Expertise in addressing challenges proactively and offering innovative, data-driven solutions
- Ability to translate strategies into activities and goals and lead the implementation/delivery of these
- Proven ability to manage changes
- Capability to create SOPs and define processes
- Proven demonstrated experience in similar projects
- Ability to navigate the complexities of cross-functional senior stakeholders and deliverables
- Existing good network within Novartis GCO and other Development line functions (e.g. CD) is a plus
- Understanding of clinical operations processes is a plus
Specific requirements:
- Native or excellent command of the English language
- Project Management tools
- EU or US location ideally
- Onsite-Remote work percentage/onsite frequency: Remote (maybe occasional traveling, but not planned for now)
- Novartis Business unit sponsoring the SOW: Global Clinical Operations (GCO)/PSP
