As an Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting and tender management to closing, while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. This is a senior sales role focused on generating results and expanding SIMStation’s industrial presence.
This Is Your New Mission New Business Development:
You actively acquire new customers across the GSA region and drive targeted sales initiatives to expand SIMStation’s market presence.
You manage the entire sales cycle – from initial outreach to closing deals – while building and maintaining long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
You prepare tailored proposals, conduct product consultations, and support contract negotiations.
You work closely with the Customer Success team and contribute to pricing, sales strategy, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
Brand Representation:
You represent SIMStation at trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations across the GSA region.
CRM & Reporting:
You maintain your sales pipeline in HubSpot and provide customer feedback to the Product and Service teams to support continuous improvement.
Willingness to Travel:
You are open to occasional travel within the GSA region (approximately 30%).
And This Is What You Bring You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in technology‑driven industries such as AV, simulation, or related fields.
You are confident in handling public tenders, procurement processes, and RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
You are fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
You are comfortable working in digital sales environments and have experience with CRM systems – we use HubSpot.
You have a proactive, results‑driven, hands‑on mindset and enjoy taking ownership and responsibility from day one.
A medical background or an interest in healthcare and emergency services (e.g., as a paramedic, EMT, or with similar experience) is considered an advantage.
You hold a valid driver’s license – because not every destination can be reached by plane.
This Is What You Can Expect From Us From €60K gross/year plus performance bonus, based on a 40‑hour week with the possibility of overpayment.

Ideally, you live in Austria, but remote work from another country within the EU (e.g., Germany) is also possible.
Position Type: Full‑time (40 hrs)
For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 60,000 plus a performance based bonus – depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary
