We are looking for a data-driven, agile marketing professional who can turn our marketing content into a scalable pipeline engine. Someone who thrives at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success and takes ownership of website optimization, paid customer acquisition, and data-driven growth. You will translate our marketing campaigns and content into measurable results, connect them to our KPIs, and work closely with our Head of Marketing to identify and develop the next strategic steps.

This Is Your New Mission Qualified Pipeline & Revenue Growth Optimize our paid digital channels and improve conversion rates by implementing high-impact paid campaigns.

Website & Conversion Optimization Continuously improve our website, user journeys, and landing pages to increase conversion rates in close collaboration with the Marketing team.

Paid Acquisition & Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting, including continuous testing of content, audiences, and messaging.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Support Proactively identify and generate new leads while supporting account-based marketing, retargeting, and nurturing strategies in close coordination with the Sales team.

Tracking, Analytics & Attribution Own our tracking setup, including GA4, HubSpot, and Google Tags, and analyze cross-channel performance to enable data-driven decision-making.

Experimentation & Growth Develop and run A/B tests across campaigns and the website to validate hypotheses with data and continuously improve performance.

And This Is What You Bring Several years of experience in a similar role, e.g. in performance or growth marketing. Strong affinity for numbers and the ability to make well-founded, data-driven decisions. Solid hands-on experience with AI tools as well as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Know-how in SEO and analytics tools such as GA4 or HubSpot, plus initial experience with GEO. Experience working with CMS platforms, ideally WordPress. A goal-oriented, solution-focused, and structured way of working. Enjoy taking ownership and feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment. Fluent German (C2) and English (C1).

For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 49,000 - depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary

There is also the possibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your working time.
