As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from the initial idea through planning, implementation, and successful completion. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, customers, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate projects and keep everything on track. From managing timelines and milestones to identifying risks and coordinating complex installations, you will play a hands‑on role in bringing projects to life. With responsibility from an early stage, you will continuously develop your skills and grow into a key driving force behind successful projects.

You bring customers, internal teams, and external partners together and ensure clear communication and smooth coordination throughout the project.

You manage timelines, milestones, and objectives while keeping an eye on priorities and making sure projects stay on schedule.
Lead Project Meetings
You plan, coordinate, and facilitate project meetings, making sure everyone is well prepared and next steps are clearly defined.
Make Progress Visible
You prepare regular project reports, provide transparency on progress, and clearly communicate risks, challenges, and potential solutions.
You actively gather feedback from customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders and use it to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate Complex Installations
You support the coordination of complex audiovisual, software, and network installations and help ensure everything comes together smoothly.
Ensure Quality and Compliance
You keep quality, safety, and contractual requirements in mind and make sure projects are properly documented from start to finish.
And This Is What You Bring A completed degree in a technical or business-related field, or a HAK/HTL qualification.
Initial professional experience in project management, ideally in audiovisual or simulation solutions.
Experience with common project management tools, such as Jira.
A hands‑on mindset, a strong willingness to learn, and a genuine motivation to grow professionally and personally.
Strong planning and organizational skills combined with a solution‑oriented approach.
A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with different stakeholders.
Willingness to travel occasionally for project‑related appointments at customer sites.
Very good written and spoken German and English.

For 40 hours, there is a gross annual salary of at least € 43,000 – depending on experience and skills, we can offer a higher salary.
The office is located in the third district of Vienna, but there is also the possibility to work remotely for up to 20% of your working time.
