Responsibilities

1. Responsibility for strategic and operational purchasing as well as the order & transport management process
2. Management of cost reduction and supplier development programs
3. Ongoing monitoring of the procurement market, ensuring security of supply
4. Carrying out product calculations, preparing make or buy decisions
5. Responsible for supplier portfolio and ongoing monitoring of procurement risks
6. Ensuring an efficient and reliable order processing procedure
7. Implementing digitalization and process automation projects
8. Analyzing key figures and developing and taking responsibility for solution strategies

Education

1. Holistic view along the value chain from an industrial company
2. Several years of international professional experience in the global SCM sector
3. Emphatic leadership personality
4. Independent and structured way of working and team spirit
5. Flexibility, resilience and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
7. Very good MS Office and ERP system knowledge
