What you will do:
  1. Full-cycle ownership: prospecting, demos, champion-building, executive alignment, negotiation, close
  2. Hunting-heavy: ~80% outbound/self-sourced, ~20% inbound/SDR-supported
  3. ICP: regulated industries with KYC/AML obligations — banks, payment providers, leasing companies, factoring companies, insurance
  4. Deal size: €100K–250K ARR
  5. Cycle: 6–12 months
  6. Stakeholders: 5–10+ incl. Product, Ops, Compliance, CFO/MD
  7. Team setup: 2 AEs, 3 SDRs. CFO supports contracting/negotiations. CEO (HoS) supports large deals

What you will need:
  1. 3–4 years B2B sales experience (midmarket/enterprise)
  2. Proven ability to close €100K+ ARR deals with 6–12 month cycles
  3. Strong outbound DNA: cold calling, prospecting, self-sourced pipeline
  4. Consultative, structured approach (stakeholder mapping, ROI, Excel-based cases)
  5. Quantitative skills (Excel, KPI modeling, PowerPoint)
  6. Fluent German and English
  7. Low-ego, collaborative culture fit; intrinsically motivated
  8. MEDDIC/MEDDPICC familiarity
Nice-to-Haves:
  1. Banking/payments/regulated industry experience

Compensation:
OTE: €200K (uncapped variable)
Quota: €800K
Location:
Preferably Munich, but depending on candidate fit, hybrid possible

Final interview (1 hr): CEO (deep-dive)
