What you will do:
- Full-cycle ownership: prospecting, demos, champion-building, executive alignment, negotiation, close
- Hunting-heavy: ~80% outbound/self-sourced, ~20% inbound/SDR-supported
- ICP: regulated industries with KYC/AML obligations — banks, payment providers, leasing companies, factoring companies, insurance
- Deal size: €100K–250K ARR
- Cycle: 6–12 months
- Stakeholders: 5–10+ incl. Product, Ops, Compliance, CFO/MD
- Team setup: 2 AEs, 3 SDRs. CFO supports contracting/negotiations. CEO (HoS) supports large deals

What you will need:
- 3–4 years B2B sales experience (midmarket/enterprise)
- Proven ability to close €100K+ ARR deals with 6–12 month cycles
- Strong outbound DNA: cold calling, prospecting, self-sourced pipeline
- Consultative, structured approach (stakeholder mapping, ROI, Excel-based cases)
- Quantitative skills (Excel, KPI modeling, PowerPoint)
- Fluent German and English
- Low-ego, collaborative culture fit; intrinsically motivated
- MEDDIC/MEDDPICC familiarity
Nice-to-Haves:

Compensation:
OTE: €200K (uncapped variable)
Quota: €800K
