h3Overview /h3 pWe are seeking a Electrical Lead to join our Life Science team in Schaffhausen, the ideal candidate will have experience on large-scale Pharmaceutical. /p pThe Electrical Lead will report to the Project Director and working in close partnership with the MEP Lead and Engineering Management team, the Electrical Lead is responsible for the overall delivery of electrical systems on life sciences and technology projects. /p pThe role provides technical and managerial leadership, ensuring that all electricalworks aredesigned, installed,testedand commissioning to the highest standards of safety,qualityand compliance. The Electrical Lead ensures projectobjectivesforprogramme, budget and regulatory requirements are met, while driving collaboration between engineering, construction,commissioningand client teams. /p pJohn Sisk Son have been building excellence as a family-owned international construction company by offering trust, certainty and value to our clients whilst being at the heart of change. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Leadership and Delivery /h3 ul liLead the electrical team and oversee delivery of all electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, firealarmsand life safety systems /li liEnsure all electrical works meetprogramme,costand quality objectives /li liProvidetechnical guidance to engineers,supervisorsand subcontractors to ensure effective delivery /li liDevelop and implement strategies for electrical execution, resourceallocationand planning /li /ul h3Technical and Compliance Oversight /h3 ul liReview and approve electrical design documents, technicalsubmittalsand material selections /li liEnsure compliance with project specifications, industrystandardsand regulations (e.g.IEC, BS, IEEE, NFPA) /li liOversee FATs, SATs,commissioningand integrated system testing (IST) for electrical scope /li liSupport validation and handover processes withaccuratedocumentation and system certification /li /ul h3Quality, Safety and Risk Management /h3 ul liDrive health,safetyand environmental compliance across all electrical works /li liImplement andmonitorquality assurance and quality control procedures for electrical systems /li liIdentifyrisks, propose mitigationstrategiesand ensure issues are resolvedin a timely manner /li /ul h3Stakeholder and Team Coordination /h3 ul liAct as the primary point of contact for electrical scope with clients,consultantsand regulatory bodies /li liCoordinate electrical works with mechanical, process,instrumentationand BMS teams to ensure project integration /li liLead electrical coordination meetings and provideaccuratereporting on progress,risksand opportunities to project leadership /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Essentiaal /h3 ul liStrong technical expertise in electrical systems including LV/MV distribution, critical power systems and life safety systems /li liProven leadership experience on large-scale Pharmaceutical construction or engineering projects /li liExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex workloads /li liStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels of delivery /li liKnowledge of health, safety and environmental requirements for electrical works /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liExperience in life sciences, pharmaceutical, data centre or advanced technology projects /li liKnowledge of commissioning and integrated system testing (IST) in regulated environments /li liFamiliarity with BIM and digital project delivery tools /li liCommercial awareness including contract administration and cost control /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Essential /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or equivalent technical qualification /li liDemonstrated experience in leading electrical delivery on Tier 1 construction or engineering projects /li liRelevant health and safety training (e.g. Safe Pass, CSCS or equivalent) /li /ul h3Desirable /h3 ul liChartered Engineer status or working towards professional membership (e.g. Engineers Ireland, IET, CIBSE) /li liPostgraduate qualification in project management or construction management /li liVendor-specific training or certification in switchgear, UPS, or critical power systems /li liTraining in GMP, cleanroom or other regulatory compliance relevant to life sciences and technology sectors /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 ul liompetitive salary /li li26 days annual leave /li liPension and benefits /li liUnlimited learning and development opportunities /li liMuch more /li /ul h3Our People and Recruitment Commitment /h3 pAt Sisk Group our people are at the heart of our success.
