h3Overview /h3pOpportunity for a bGerman Speaking /b Foreman to join our Life Science team in the Schaffhausen, Switzerland. The Foreman is responsible to the Project Manager and works closely with the QS. They are responsible for the management of the on-site programme in respect of delivery, workmanship and safety. The Site Manager ensures that adequate and proper labour, plant, materials and sub-contractor's resources are available to meet the requirements of the contract. /ppJohn Sisk Son have been building excellence as a family-owned international construction company by offering trust, certainty and value to our clients whilst being at the heart of change. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliulliEstablish andmonitorkey stage programmes /li /ululliSet up the site andmaintainsite security (Maintain site hutting,hoardingsand signboards to present a tidy and professional appearance) /li /ululliTake possession of the site,planand coordinate trades activities /li /ululliApply for temporary service connections /li /ululliInterpret drawings and specification and communicate directions to site personnel,Subcontractors and suppliers /li /ululliEnsure that adequate method statements and risk assessments (RAs) are completed for high-risk activities /li /ululliRequest outstanding information from the professional team and confirm all verbal instructions /li /ululliAssistwith ensuring all necessary approvals are in place to allow project to progress without risk (E.g.
